Product Details
Menghai Qizibing tea is a type of compressed tea made from Yunnan's large-leaf sun-cured green tea leaves. It undergoes processes such as steaming and pressing to achieve its final shape. The round cake has a diameter of approximately 21 centimeters, with a thin edge and a thick center. Its name originates from the symbolism of "seven" in traditional culture, representing fertility, prosperity, reunion, and completeness. Each seven cakes are wrapped in bamboo shoot leaves to form a tube, giving it an antique and elegant appearance that is easy to carry and store for long periods. This tea is divided into raw and cooked varieties: the raw cake has a yellow and bright tea soup and a mellow taste; the cooked cake has a red and thick tea soup, a unique aged aroma, and a sweet and smooth texture. With its stable quality and characteristic of becoming more fragrant with age, Menghai Qizibing tea is deeply loved by tea enthusiasts and is one of the most representative forms of Pu-erh tea.
