🍋1. Hong Kong‑Style Lemon Black Tea (500 ml)
**Ingredients**: 8 g Ceylon black tea, 260 ml hot water, 2‑3 yellow lemon slices, 35 ml simple syrup, full cup of ice cubes
1. Steep black tea in hot water for 9 minutes. Strain and let the tea cool.
2. Remove seeds from lemon slices. Gently press the lemon peel in the cup to release aroma; do not crush the pulp.
3. Add ice cubes and simple syrup, pour in the black tea, shake well.

Tip: Do not leave lemon soaking in tea for too long.
🥛2. Iced Thai Green Milk Tea (500 ml)
**Ingredients**: 7 g green tea, 220 ml hot water, 80 ml evaporated milk, 30‑40 ml simple syrup, ice cubes
1. Steep green tea for 6 minutes. Strain and cool the tea.
2. Add simple syrup and evaporated milk to the cup, pour in tea, fill with ice and shake.

For richer café‑style flavour, replace part of the syrup with condensed milk.
🍑3. Cold‑Brew Peach Oolong (600 ml)
**Ingredients**: 6 g oolong tea, 600 ml water, half a fresh peach, 20 ml simple syrup
1. Peel and cut peach into small pieces.
2. Place tea leaves and peach pieces in a container with cold water. Refrigerate and cold‑brew for 6‑8 hours.
3. Strain out tea leaves and fruit pulp. Stir in simple syrup and serve with ice.

Cold‑brewing prevents bitterness. Do not brew peach with hot water, which causes sourness.
🫐4. Grape Jasmine Tea (500 ml)
**Ingredients**: 6 g jasmine tea, 200 ml hot water, 8‑10 peeled grapes, 25 ml simple syrup, ice cubes
1. Steep jasmine tea for 5 minutes. Strain and cool the tea.
2. Lightly crush grapes in the cup to release juice; avoid mashing completely.
3. Add ice cubes and simple syrup, pour in cooled tea, top with a little water and shake well.

**Ingredients**: 7 g Dongding oolong tea, 240 ml hot water, 120 ml whole milk, 30 ml simple syrup, ice cubes
1. Steep oolong tea for 7 minutes. Strain to get strong tea and let it cool.
2. Add simple syrup and milk to the cup, pour in tea, fill with ice and shake.

For extra creaminess, add a small amount of evaporated milk. Use less milk if you prefer less richness.
🍊6. Chenpi (Dried Tangerine Peel) Aged White Tea (Hot, 450 ml)
**Ingredients**: 5 g aged white tea, 1 small piece dried tangerine peel, 450 ml hot water, rock sugar (optional)
1. Rinse dried tangerine peel. Put white tea and peel into a teapot.
2. Steep in hot water for 8 minutes. Add rock sugar if desired.
