Product Details
This Meizijing Pu-erh raw tea is harvested from an ancient tea garden located at an altitude of 1800 meters around the Daxue Mountain in Yongde, Lincang, Yunnan. The tea garden is nestled in the remote mountains, where wild plum trees and ancient tea trees coexist naturally. For decades, it has been free from human intervention such as chemical fertilizers and pesticides, making it a naturally high-purity sexual ancient tea garden.
The dried tea leaves are tightly twisted and moist, exuding a fresh mountain scent. The moment water is poured, a sweet aroma envelops the clear plum fragrance, filling the air. The bright yellow and translucent tea soup has almost no bitterness or astringency on the palate. The soup is smooth and moistens the throat. After swallowing, the characteristic cool and sweet aftertaste slowly spreads across the throat, with a steady and lasting sensation of saliva production, like a mountain breeze flowing through the mouth along with the tea soup.
Unlike the overt sweetness of Iceland or the overpowering strength of Lao Banzhang, it boasts a unique and highly recognizable blend of "plum aroma + icy sweetness". One can enjoy it directly in its new tea stage, and after being stored for 3-5 years, the plum aroma will become more mellow and the honey flavor will linger longer. Whether you're a novice who's just getting into raw Pu'er tea and wary of its bitterness, or a seasoned tea enthusiast seeking a unique and niche flavor, you'll find pleasant surprises in this cup of tea.
