Yibang Ancient Tree White Tea is a rare tea product that combines "top-grade raw materials from ancient tea mountains" with "simple white tea processing techniques". It is produced in Yibang, one of the six historically renowned ancient tea mountains in Pu-erh tea, and stands as a benchmark among Yunnan white teas, embodying both historical heritage and wild mountain charm.
Strictly select fresh leaves from ancient tea trees over a century old as raw materials. These ancient tea trees are mostly scattered in the primeval forest, coexisting with towering ancient trees. Their roots are deeply embedded, drawing rich minerals and trace elements from the depths of the soil. The leaves are thick and rich in internal substances.
Following the most traditional craftsmanship of white tea - natural withering + low-temperature drying, tea masters carefully control the duration, temperature, and humidity of the withering process, allowing the tea leaves to undergo natural transformation of their inherent substances during the slow water loss, ultimately forming the unique "mellow aroma and honey flavor" and "sunny taste" of white tea. The entire process involves no frying or rolling, maximizing the retention of active enzymes and natural flavors from the fresh leaves of ancient tea trees.
